A special thanks to Black/African American & Allies Employee Led Group at Boston Children's and our colleagues Ash and Caroline from the Blood Bank for teaming up for a Blood Drive in Honor of Juneteenth and World Sickle Cell Awareness Day. We started with a Kick-off Open House and several donors gave for the first time over the weeklong blood drive. Stay tuned for more Open House events to come. Join our Platelet Donor Summer Challenge!
Help make a difference in the lives of children who need platelets. From June 1 through August 31, donate platelets at our Blood Donor Center to receive summer-themed gifts. The more times you give, the more rewards you’ll receive.
You are eligible to donate platelets every seven days up to 24 times per year.
